I am 25 years old and I have Epilepsy. I was diagnosed in 2011 at the age of 19 with generalized tonic-clonic/grand mal seizures. I am a mother, daughter, sister, student, and worker. I am part of the 1 in 26 people in the United States who will develop Epilepsy within their lifetime. With about 150,000 new cases developing a year in the U.S., it is extremely important to educate, talk, and erase the stigma that comes with it. Get to know us!
